These terms cover your use of discount-pantry.com (“DiscountPantry”, “we”, “us”), operated by
Christopher Lucas, sole proprietor, Las Vegas, Nevada. Using the site means you
accept them.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through the site’s checkout and paid via PayPal. Your
payment details go to PayPal, not to us. An order is accepted when we send the order
confirmation; see Pricing and availability below for the cases where we cancel and refund
instead.
Products and descriptions
DiscountPantry is a dropshipping store. Product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications
come from our suppliers and the brands themselves; we pass them through and do not independently
verify them. Always read the manufacturer’s own label on the item you receive —
it governs, not our listing page. If a listing and the physical product disagree, tell us and we
will make it right under the returns policy.
Health and dietary products
Much of this catalog is food, supplements, and personal care. Nothing on this site is medical
advice, and no statement here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These

Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, because our supply costs change.
Availability is not guaranteed: a listed item may be out of stock by the time an order is placed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order, with a full
refund, if an item cannot be supplied at the listed price.
Your account and conduct
Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others,
or to resell access to it. We may block access that does.
Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to
identify the products offered. The site’s own layout and original text belong to us.
